What doesn’t count as damage/defect?
Minor variations due to handcrafted nature; deliveries signed by others; damage after delivery (stains, wear and tear, etc.) aren’t covered.
How will the refund be given?
1) Refund to original payment method (excluding shipping), credited in 7–10 business days, or
2) Store voucher/coupon (credited within 24 hours).
Note: COD refunds require bank details.

Where are they made?
Made in India by rural artisans using native techniques at their origin (e.g., Sanganer for hand block, Kashmir for Aari).
Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes. We prioritise recyclable/reusable materials—glass jars or recyclable plastics, jute wraps, and cardboard boxes.
What is Toji packaging made of?
A reusable cotton “seed bag” (90% recycled cotton) inside a 100% recycled kraft paper box—premium and planet-friendly.
How do I take care and maintain my Toji products?
Dry clean or cold-wash with mild detergent. Don’t soak/wring/bleach. Wash whites separately. Dry inside-out in shade.
Avoid direct ironing and don’t iron embellishments.
Are these products machine washable?
Yes; for delicate embroidery, hand wash or use a laundry bag.
