Return and Refund Policy

At World of Toji, we strive to offer you the very best shopping experience. Our products undergo rigorous quality testing, and all shipments are carefully inspected prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item or size being delivered, we’ll do our best to resolve it promptly.
1) What Does Not Constitute Damage or Defect
The artisans at World of Toji handcraft each product with care. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in size, color, and design from photos are natural and are part of their uniqueness. These are not considered defects but a testament to authentic craftsmanship.
Please refer to the size chart before placing your order. World of Toji is not responsible for deliveries signed by someone other than the customer or for damage after delivery (including stains, wear and tear, etc.).
2) Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with original tags and packaging intact. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: An unboxing video is mandatory for any order-related complaints.
3) Sale Orders
Returns or refunds are not applicable for items purchased during sales or promotional offers.
4) Return and Refund Process
Step 1: Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at hello@worldoftoji.com or message us via WhatsApp at +91 9717281811 within 72 hours of receiving your package.
Please include your Order ID, photos of the product and packaging, proof of purchase, and the unboxing video. These are required for internal quality checks.
Step 2: Review and Pickup
Once we review your request, we’ll inform you whether the refund is approved. If approved, we’ll arrange for return pickup (if serviceable in your area). If pickup is not available, you may be asked to self-ship the item.
Return pickup charges are applicable as per actuals and must be borne by the customer.

Step 3: Refund Options
Once we receive and inspect the product, you can choose from:
- Refund to Original Payment Method: (minus any shipping charges) credited within 7–10 business days.
- Store Voucher/Coupon Code: for future purchases, issued within 24 hours.
Note: Refunds for COD orders require you to provide bank account details.
5) Cancellations
Cancellations are not accepted once the order has been placed.
