Delivery Locations
We ship PAN India. You can check out the delivery details by entering your pin code or zip code at the Checkout Page while placing the order.
We use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping. In case your address is in a location not served by them, we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your order reach you.
The product(s) are thoroughly inspected and packed. We deliver to your doorstep in a recyclable packaging at no added cost to you.
Delivery timelines
Dispatch
We ship our products directly from our warehouse based in Delhi. The products are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days of the order being received (excluding Sundays & public holidays)
Once your order has been placed, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link on your WhatsApp and email to track your order
In case your order contains multiple products, dispatch of all product(s) may or may not happen at the same time
Domestic Delivery
· Metros - 3 to 5 business days from date of order/ dispatch? (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
· Other areas - 5-7 business days from date of order/ dispatch? (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
Expedited Delivery and Special Requests
We know you want your products as soon as possible, so we offer same day and next day delivery for select pin codes at an additional cost
If you want expedited delivery, or have any other special requests (delivery at certain times of the day, or deferred delivery, or gifting), please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
What happens if I am not available to receive the order?
If you are unavailable at the time of an attempt, you will receive a message on WhatsApp from our shipping, where you can reschedule the delivery and the delivery partner may call you to confirm a convenient time for the delivery of your order.
After 3 delivery attempts, your order will be returned back to our warehouse. Any orders that are returned back due to the non-availability of the customer, can be reshipped only at an additional shipping charge of INR 60.
In case you haven’t received your order and it has been marked as delivered, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the notification since the window to further raise these disputes with our shipping partner closes after this time period

Domestic Delivery
We offer FREE express shipping on all prepaid orders PAN India
Cash-On-Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash-On-Delivery (COD) for orders up to to 5999/- to many locations across India at an additional charge of Rs. 50. You should consider the shipping & COD rates shown at the time of check-out to be final.
Orders from Jammu & Kashmir and North-East region are not eligible for COD
In case of COD orders, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. Your order request will only be accepted once you have confirmed your order on the email/ mobile.

In rare cases, it may take a little longer to dispatch your order. In case of any delay, we will keep you informed via email, WhatsApp or SMS.
Delivery delays
We use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping and our 3rd party delivery partners will bring the package to you as early as possible. In rare cases, it might take a little longer due to courier loads, local conditions, festive holidays, natural calamities, rain and a variety of other factors
We also extend the best support possible to ensure that the products reach customers as soon as possible. However, World of Toji is not liable for delays in deliveries.
Reporting on damaged products
We take great care in packing your orders to ensure they reach you safely. In the rare event your order arrives in a tampered or damaged state, please send us photos/ videos of the product and packaging along with order ID and proof of purchase within 72 hours of receipt of the package at at support@worldoftoji.com or WhatsApp at our customer care number +919717281811 This helps us promptly address the issue and coordinate with our courier partners for appropriate resolution
