Shipping and Delivery Policy

1) Delivery Locations
We ship PAN India. You can check delivery availability by entering your pin code or zip code on the Checkout page while placing your order.
We partner with India’s leading logistics companies to ensure timely and safe delivery. If your location is not serviceable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution where possible.
All products are thoroughly inspected and securely packed before dispatch. Orders are delivered to your doorstep in recyclable packaging at no extra cost.
2) Delivery Timelines
Dispatch
Orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Delhi. Dispatch usually takes 1–2 business days after order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email to monitor your order.
For multiple-product orders, dispatch may occur in separate shipments depending on availability.
Domestic Delivery Timelines
- Metros: 3–5 business days from order/dispatch date (excluding Sundays & public holidays)
- Other Areas: 5–7 business days from order/dispatch date (excluding Sundays & public holidays)
Expedited Delivery & Special Requests
We offer same-day and next-day delivery for select pin codes at an additional cost. For expedited shipping or special requests (specific delivery times, deferred delivery, gifting, etc.), please contact us — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
When You’re Unavailable to Receive the Order
If you’re unavailable during a delivery attempt, you’ll receive a WhatsApp message to reschedule. Our delivery partner may also call to confirm a convenient delivery time.
After 3 unsuccessful attempts, your order will return to our warehouse. Re-shipping such orders incurs an additional charge of ₹60.
If your order is marked as “delivered” but not received, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification to initiate an investigation with our courier partner.
3) Shipping Charges
Domestic Delivery
We offer FREE express shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
Cash-On-Delivery (COD)
COD is available for orders up to ₹5999 to most locations in India for an additional charge of ₹50.
COD is not available for orders from Jammu & Kashmir and the North-East region.
A confirmation email will be sent for COD orders. Your order will be processed only after confirmation via email or mobile.
4) Dispatch and Delivery Delays

In rare cases, dispatch may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. If delayed, we’ll notify you via email, WhatsApp, or SMS.
Delivery Delays
While we partner with India’s top logistics providers to ensure fast delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to courier loads, local restrictions, festive seasons, natural calamities, or weather conditions.
We will always support you in resolving such delays, but World of Toji is not liable for circumstances beyond our control.
5) Reporting Damaged Products
We take great care to pack orders securely. If your order arrives tampered or damaged, please share photos/videos of the product and packaging with your order ID and proof of purchase within 72 hours of delivery.
