At World of Toji, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. Our products are rigorously tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected prior to shipping. In the unlikely event of damaged, defective or wrong item or size delivered to you, we’ll do our best to make this good.
What does not constitute a damage or defect
The artisans at World of Toji carefully construct each piece of article. Due to handcrafted nature of our products, each product may vary slightly in size, color, and design from the photos. These variations are a testament to the artisanal craftsmanship and make every product unique. We recommend you to carefully study the size chart at the time of placing the order.
World of Toji takes no responsibility for deliveries signed by an alternative person. World of Toji is not responsible for damage after delivery, including but not limited to, food stains, wear and tear, etc.
Eligibility for returns and refund
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. An unboxing video is MANDATORY for any order-related complaints.
Sale orders
We do not entertain returns and refunds on products bought on SALE.
Return and Refund Process
Step 1: To initiate a return, please submit a return request at support@worldoftoji.com or WhatsApp at our customer care number +919717281811 within 72 hours of receipt of the package, along with your Order ID, photos of product and packaging, proof of purchase, and unboxing video, for our internal quality checks
Step 2: We will inspect your request to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will reach out to you to initiate the return and refund process, and arrange a return pickup of your order. If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, self-shipment may be requested
Return pickup charges will be applicable as per actuals (to be paid by the customer).

Step 3: You can choose between a refund to your original payment method (minus any shipping charges), which takes 7-10 business days to be credited to your account or a store voucher/ coupon code, valid for future purchases, which can be credited within 24 hours. COD order refunds require bank details.
Cancellations
No cancellations will be accepted once the order has been placed.
