Our products come in standard Indian sizes and are true to size. Please click on 'SIZE GUIDE' mentioned on each product page for further assistance For women wear, we recommend selecting your regular size in our styles. If you are in between size, we suggest you go for a bigger size.

We always strive to update our product inventory before an item goes out of stock, leaving minimal chance for it to become unavailable. While each item comes in signature branded packaging, wrapped luxuriously in tissue paper and a dust bag, you may further choose to gift wrap the order for your loved ones at an additional cost of INR 99/- during the checkout process. You can even include a message card with your gift.

You can return your order only in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or wrong item or size delivered to you.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. An unboxing video is MANDATORY for any order-related complaints.

The artisans at World of Toji carefully construct each piece of article. Due to handcrafted nature of our products, each product may vary slightly in size, color, and design from the photos. These variations are a testament to the artisanal craftsmanship and make every product unique. We recommend you carefully study the size chart at the time of placing the order.

World of Toji takes no responsibility for deliveries signed by an alternative person. World of Toji is not responsible for damage after delivery, including but not limited to, food stains, wear and tear, etc.

You can choose between:

1. A refund to your original payment method (minus any shipping charges), which takes 7-10 business days to be credited to your account
2. A store voucher/coupon code, valid for future purchases, which can be credited within 24 hours

Note: COD order refunds require bank details.

No, we don't currently ship outside of India. We will launch international shipping soon.

We believe what touches your skin should be pure, gentle, and thoughtfully chosen. We use only the finest long-staple Indian cotton-including luxurious cotton-sourced directly from artisanal farmers across 6 states in India. Yes, all our products are eco-friendly. We use glass jars or reclyable and reusable plastic for all our products. The products are further wrapped in jute bags and are delivered in cardboard boxes.

It's made from 90% recycled cotton-we gather every last scrap from our production, dye it with a dreamy ivory hue, and give it a new life. We then stamp it with our "World of Toji" logo in a soft, natural olive, so you have a reusable piece you can treasure for years.

The bag is then placed inside a 100% recycled kraft paper box having our branding. This provides a premium experience right from the moment our package arrives at your doorstep.

Yes, we are available at Centro (Hyderabad and Bangalore)

Dry clean them or wash in cold water with mild detergents. Do not soak, wring and/ or bleach. Wash white clothes and home linen separately.

After wash, gently dry inside out in shade. Avoid ironing directly and do not iron embellishments. This preserves fabric softness, colours, and craftsmanship.

Yes, but, for delicate embroidered items, we suggest hand washing or using a laundry bag.
